How To Install A HOP-UP On GEL BLASTER, Which One To Buy, and Where To Buy It From
WHAT IS GEL BLASTER HOP-UP?
A hop-up for gel blasters is a device that is attached onto the end of the barrel and gives the gel ball a backspin as it exits. This backspin makes the ball rise in the air, counteracting the effects from gravity until the velocity of the ball decreases to the point it falls to the ground. When adjusted properly, the hop up will give the gel balls a flat flight instead of traveling in an arc. Also, applying the same spin to each ball will increase the accuracy of the blaster.

The best hop up will change as new and better ones are introduced. This is a list with the best at the top. All these hop-ups are designed for 9.5mm OD barrels, and most of the cheaper blasters use 9mm barrels, so you'll need to use a shim like I show in the videos to make it work.

Aztech Innovations Range Warrior hop-up - easy to adjust but must work best with 250+ FPS blasters, because on a Surge XL, the min adjustment was still too much.
