Windows 10 - Add Recent Folders and Recent Items to Quick Access in File Explorer

I find it really annoying that Windows 10 removed one of the most used features from the navigation bar of File Explorer. MY RECENT DOCUMENTS, RECENT PLACES or RECENT ITEMS, and RECENT FOLDERS were my most used shortcuts in File Explorer, allowing me to quickly navigate to the folder or file that I was actively editing, copying, pasting, sending, emailing, etc.
